If you choose for a standard stand of the exhibition organizer, then your stand will be taken care of, at the online platform you will be able to orders extra’s.
If you choose for your own standdesign, we advise you to get in touch with a local stand builder to reduce costs. Here is an overview of stand builders with whom we already had good experiences.

Every trade fair organizer appoints an official transporter, who has the exclusivity to take the goods from the exhibition grounds to the stand. If you choose to appoint your own carrier, keep in mind that the costs of transporting your goods have been calculated up to the stand. In this case it is then up to the transport company to make the contacts with the officially appointed forwarder.
